I've read the whole series. Brooke comes from a very traumatic background. She has very strong trust issues. Jett handsome bad boy grew up on the streets but he changed his lifestyle to become one of the youngest multimillionaire dealing with real estate. He wants something Brooke has the Lucazzone estate that she is the sole heir to. Now there are plenty of misunderstanding between these two their chemistry is out of this world. Love conquers all. Their passion for each other is like they are meant to be together regardless of all the carp that's around them. He wants to protect her from every thing. Brooke is stubborn but very proud. I would have to say that I got angry and sad and felt hopeful that they would be together forever.Great story.

I really didn't think this story could end
It just didn't feel like it was time. Jett still had so many secrets, and Brooke still had so many trust issues.
Somehow the ending left me as satisfied
As the rest of the series.

Story. Thanks. I wasn't able to put my kindle down for two days of marathon reading.
Just wanted to say I have loved everyone of these books. Anybody who has not read them from start to finish shame on you. This was a awesome series. And now you can read them straight through. Does not get any better than that. You will love both Jett and Brooke . I personally love a strong woman who will stand on her own and that is Brooke. And what can I say about Jett well I guess you will have to read to find out. Enjoy and thanks JC Reed for a great ride with these guys I will really miss them. Thanks for the ending it was perfect.
I am so happy to have an author that believes in happy endings!!!!!! I have followed this story book by book and am so happy to have this series end on a wonderful note that made me smile as I finished the last page. Thank you JC Reed for giving us such a suspenseful, romantic, story that made me comment out loud on more than one occasion. Jett, Brooke and that priceless Treasure will make these books one series that I can read more than once. From the moment I began reading this series, I had a hard time putting it down. I love all the twists and turn in the story line. I feel the author did an amazing job with this book. I have read many romance novels and this series, is by far one of the best ones I have read. I did find myself getting upset with the characters, like I was going through the same things they were. In the end, it all worked out and I was emotional. This book drew me in from the start and I couldn’t stop reading until the story was over. Love, love, love this one!!!
I waited patiently for the ending of Jett and Brooke story!!! Ms. Reed did not disappoint. I've been with Jett and Brooke from the beginning and through both series this final book has to be my favorite!!! I enjoyed all the twists and turns the storyline took in this series, but this book wrapped it up into a neat little package. Was great reading about them actually being a couple and sharing and working together. Was worth the wait and will be a series I will read again!
Next up the next book in The Proposal. Then maybe a book or two with Sylvie's story???
It has been awhile since we have last seen Brooke and Jett, but J.C. Reed has done a fantastic job of bringing your memory back to where it needs to be. In The Lover's Surrender, the theme seems to be secrets, and how they can tear people apart, but will Brooke and Jett ever claw their way out of the mess they find themselves in and triumph together? The passion these two ignite feels like two trains colliding, it's fast and powerful.
Your questions will all be answered, and for me at least, they left me with a grin so big my cheeks hurt. This is a fantastic series you don't want to miss. I wish that I could start fresh at the beginning so I have these feelings again for the first time, but I will settle for knowing another person will get them!
Initially I really liked this series however, it quickly became very boring and drawn out. I read the entire first series (Surrender Your Love, Conquer Your Love & Treasure Your Love) and they were pretty decent. When the 2nd series (No Exceptions) came out I was very annoyed at how slow the book moved and the character is clearly an idiot. I read the first book in the series (Lover's Secret), skipping most of the internal dialogue of the main character Brooke and completely skipped the two remaining books in the series. Imagine my surprise/disdain to find in the fourth and final book in this series that a mere three days have elapsed......THREE DAYS. I skipped two books in the series and only three days had elapsed...painful. Through the 19 chapters of the final book a mere week at best passed and then the story jumps 15 months and ends rather abruptly. I have to say I am glad that this is not my first J.C. Reed book because I would not be inclined to purchase another one of her books based on this series alone.
